What materials are your products made from?

All our jewelry and keychains are crafted from high-quality, eco-friendly PLA (plant-based plastic) using precision 3D printing technology. We use hypoallergenic, nickel-free metal findings for earring hooks. Our holographic and glow-in-the-dark items feature special non-toxic coatings that are safe for everyday wear.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Yes! We use only nickel-free, lead-free metal components in all our jewelry. Our earring hooks are made from sterling silver-plated copper materials. The 3D printed components are made from PLA, which is non-toxic and skin-safe. However, if you have specific metal allergies, please contact us for alternative options upgrade.

How do I care for my holographic/glow-in-the-dark items?

Holographic items: Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, and excessive moisture. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the rainbow effect.

Glow-in-the-dark items: Clean with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap if needed. To maintain the glow effect, periodically "charge" your item under bright light for 5-10 minutes. The glow will last 2-8 hours or more depending on charge time.

What is the difference between holographic and regular items?

Holographic items feature a special microgrooves that creates a stunning rainbow/prismatic effect that shifts colors as you move. These pieces catch and reflect light from multiple angles, creating an eye-catching, dynamic appearance. Regular items have solid colors without the color-shifting effect. Both are equally durable and made with the same quality standards.

Do glow-in-the-dark items need to be charged?

Yes, glow-in-the-dark items need to absorb light to glow. "Charge" them by exposing to any light source - sunlight works best (15 minutes), but regular room lights (45 minutes) or UV lights (3-5 minutes) also work. The brighter the charging light, the stronger and longer the glow. They can be recharged unlimited times!

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections. We never store your payment information on our servers.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely! We use SSL encryption and process all payments through Stripe/PayPal's secure payment gateways. Look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar. We are PCI compliant and never have access to your full credit card details. Your financial security is our top priority.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, but please act quickly! Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing and cannot make changes. To modify/cancel, email us immediately at [email] with your order number. If your order has shipped, you can use our easy return process.

How do I use a discount code?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times from ship date:

Custom orders add 7-10 days to processing time. You'll receive tracking info once your order ships!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes and tariffs. Delivery typically takes 10-21 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information and a link to track your package. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our "Track Order" page and entering your order number and email address. Most packages update tracking within 24 hours of shipping.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Don't worry - we've got you covered! If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos (for damage) and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. We insure all packages and will handle all claims with the carrier. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unopened, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customer is responsible to return shipping.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email] with your order number and reason for return

  2. Well issue an RMA number

  3. Pack items securely in original packaging

  4. Ship item(s) back to us. (Customer is responsible to return shipping)

  5. Drop off at any post office or schedule a pickup

  6. Refund processes within 3-5 days of receipt

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're so sorry! Please email us photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We'll immediately send a replacement at no charge or issue a refund - your choice. No need to return the damaged item. We appreciate your understanding and patience!

Can I return custom/personalized items?

Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or we made an error. We'll send photos for approval before shipping custom items to ensure you love them! If we made a mistake on your custom order, we'll fix it free of charge.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unworn and in original condition. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, but please contact us if you have any issues - we're always happy to help find a solution!

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. We can create custom colors, sizes, and designs for most of our products. Whether you need matching bridesmaid gifts, team keychains, or a unique design, we're here to help. Email us with your ideas for a quote!

How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders typically take 5-10 business days to create, plus shipping time. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. During busy seasons (holidays), please allow extra time. We'll provide an estimated completion date when you place your order and keep you updated throughout the process. Custom orders are not printed until paid in full.

What is the minimum order quantity?

No minimums for most custom orders! Whether you need 1 or 100, we're happy to help. For bulk orders over 50 pieces, we offer tiered discounts:

  • 50-99 pieces: 10% off

  • 100-249 pieces: 15% off

  • 250+ pieces: 20% off

Can you recreate a discontinued item?

Usually yes! If you loved something that's no longer available, send us a photo or the original product name. We keep all our design files and can often recreate past items. There may be a small setup fee for items over 1 year old. Contact us to check availability!

How do I request a custom design?

Email us at Sales@replicatorcreations.com with:

  • Your design idea or inspiration photos

  • Preferred colors and size

  • Quantity needed

  • Desired deadline

We'll provide a quote and digital mockup for approval. A 50% deposit is required to begin work. Most custom requests receive a response within 24 hours!

Care & Maintenance

How do I clean my jewelry?

Gently wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints and dust. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Avoid soaking, harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or jewelry cleaning solutions. Store in a cool, dry place when not wearing.

How should I store my items?

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box compartment to prevent scratching. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Holographic items especially benefit from individual storage to preserve their finish.

Will the holographic finish fade?

With proper care, the holographic microgroove finish will maintain its rainbow brilliance for years! Avoid prolonged sun exposure, harsh chemicals (including perfume and hairspray), and excessive handling. oils from your hands can make holograms fade, clean with Isopropyl Alcohol, and cotton cloth. Some natural wear is normal with daily use, but following our care instructions will maximize longevity.

How long does the glow-in-the-dark effect last?

The glow effect lasts 2-8 hours after charging, gradually fading over time. Initial brightness depends on:

  • Charging light intensity (sun is best!)

  • Charging duration (5-45 minutes)

  • Ambient darkness

The glow material itself lasts indefinitely and can be recharged thousands of times without losing effectiveness!

Can I shower/swim with my jewelry?

We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising. While our products are water-resistant, prolonged exposure to water, soap, chlorine, or salt can damage the finish and metal components. Quick handwashing is fine, but please dry thoroughly afterward. Treat your pieces with love and they'll last for years!
